1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Threadline CRM, operated by 8v Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Acceptable Use & Messaging Standards

Users must utilize the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree NOT to:

Send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or misleading marketing messages.
Violate WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies or Meta Platform Terms.
Engage in deceptive, abusive, or unlawful business practices.
Attempt unauthorized access to other tenant databases or server infrastructure.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform Terms

Communications sent via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API are subject to Meta Platforms, Inc. policies. Users are solely responsible for obtaining necessary customer opt-in consent before initiating business-to-customer conversations.

4. Service Availability & Termination

We strive for reliable service availability but provide the service on an "AS IS" basis. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or endanger platform reputation.
